If for any reason you decide to refuse the purchased goods, you can do so in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection" dated 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1.
TERMS OF THE RETURN OF GOODS

Return of goods of proper quality
  • The Customer has the right to refuse the ordered goods at any time before receiving it, and after receiving the goods — within 14 (fourteen) days, not counting the day of purchase, under certain conditions (see below).
  • The return of goods of proper quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved.
  • The customer does not have the right to refuse the product if the product was made on an individual order and the specified product can be used exclusively by the customer purchasing it.
  • If the customer refuses the goods of proper quality, the seller must return to him the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the seller's expenses for the delivery of the returned goods from the consumer, no later than 10 days after the return of the goods to the supplier's warehouse.
  • Payment for the return delivery is made by the customer.
Return of goods of inadequate quality

A product of inadequate quality means a product that is unable to provide its functional qualities due to a significant defect (with the presence of defects/ defects).
The buyer to whom the goods of inadequate quality were sold, unless it was agreed by the seller, has the right to declare any of the following requirements at his choice:

Refund procedure
  • Contact the manager of the online store by phone:, +7 (911) 435-07-77 and inform about the intention to return the goods, get a sample application.
  • Fill out an application for a refund and send it to the post office zolotpom@gmail.com
  • Send the goods and the application (in accordance with the rules for the return of goods of proper/improper quality) to our address.
  • The refund is made within 10 working days after the receipt of the returned goods at the store's warehouse.

In case of disagreements on quality or the causes of deficiencies, the online store has the right to conduct an independent examination at its own expense. The buyer can participate in the examination and challenge its decision in court. If, as a result of the examination, it is established that the defects of the goods arose through the fault of the buyer, the buyer is obliged to reimburse the online store for the cost of the examination, as well as the costs associated with its transportation and storage of the goods.
